The home is independently owned by Jonathan and Lizzie Boyack and managed by Jacqui Bowen. the home has full RN twenty-four hour cover and all care staff and assistants are involved in NVQ courses upto level 4. They regularly attend courses to keep up to date with current skills and procedures.
The home is accredited with the University of the West of England and the Nursing Council to provide adaptation courses for overseas trained nurses.
