Residents have the chance to remain in their room or sit in one of our two seafront lounges. The home has its own hairdresser but residents may keep their own if they wish. A chiropodist makes regular visits and domiciliary visits by an optiican and dentist can be arranged.
Art classes and reminiscence therapy is arranged on a weekly basis. We encourage residents with their particular interests. Our excellent seafront location allows easy access to the promenade for outings. The Winter Gardens and Playhouse Theatre being in close proximity allow for visits to shows and exhibitions. Trips firther afield are usually arranged during the warmer months and an annual trip in December to view the Christmas displays at Cadbury Garden Centre is also popular.
All residents have alloted key workers who are always available to help with shopping, organising rooms and any other needs of the resident.
